Then how is the Netscape client set up? if john exists in both host
domain and virtual, then a userid of "john" will hit the host domain,
and NS must be set up with "john%virtualdomain.com" (note the
non-at-sign character) for Netscape to find the virtual domain. This is
a KB article, I'm sure.
