yes, it's an unnecessary usage of "double negative" :  2 x No = 1 Yes.

SMTP AUTH requires your users to authenticate themselves before they 
can send/relay mail through Imail.

( What ever was wrong with Check = Enable SMTP AUTH reporting? )
