I'd put it in lesser definite words.... You'd be best if you have a static
IP. If you dont, then you'll need to find a way to get a static dynamic IP.
In my case, I am using a router, and as long as my router is on, my ISP,
(Optimum Onliine) will not change my IP, otherwise, the lease time is 3
days....

You, being a self-classified newbie, would probably need help setting this
one up... but if you want, contact me directly and I'll see what I can do...
