Jason,
Accept.txt is only used for Relay for 'Hosts' and 'Users', which is
not the correct setting when you want to perform 'Store and Forward'
(relay for another host). You need to use Relay for Addresses and
enter the remote servers IP. And you need a line in the HOSTS file
with that same IP and what you expect after the @ in email to that
site. There is info in Manual and KB, on this subject.
