I had a problem after upgrading IMAIL to 7.07, I had to make sure
each alias had a FULL ADDRESS otherwise it would BOUNCE. I also
found another problem with the LIST service, if someone has a name
with a period in it, it does not allow that person to be the LIST
administrator. Which does not make sense, since these names have
been in their from the beginning of IMAIL.
PS: we could only hope IPSWITCH reads this and responds with a fix
not, try this or that. The last item on my list is to call
techsupport, though calling IPSWITCH is not like it use to be.
Even as a reseller for IPSWITCH, they don't even answer my
questions. This also does not make sense, you would think
that if I'm selling their product they would be quick to
respond. Basically, they make it hard for me to resell their
products.
