I never had system failure or system problems because of a virus. Therefore
I can say I don't have a virus problem. If I am actually passing emails with
viruses to users, I can't say I have a virus problem. The users do. I am a
hosting company so my users are really not 'my' users in the same context
where you and your users work for the same company.
If my customers' machines crash because of a virus, they can't blame me as
an email administrator. They should be running virus scanners before I do.
If I run a virus scanner for my mail, it's a courtesy and service from me,
not a requirement or obligation by my users.
