Although POP before SMTP would be a great option, there isn't any way to do that at 
this point.  The other possibility (if locking down your server isn't an option; 
that's always the best thing to do) is to use our Declude JunkMail Pro to scan 
outgoing E-mail.  When a spammer tried relaying through our mail server, Declude 
caught it.
