Yes, we use several models (DMZ, PRO and XPRS2) for several thousand people,
and at many locations with no problem. Guess, you were just unfortunate to
get yourself a lemon. Generally, Sonics are pretty good firewalls.
Cannot' say anything about their tech. support since I didn't have to use
them more than once in my carieer
