[IMail Forum] SMTP for some users, none for others

Anyone one know how to disable SMTP for individual user accounts, or 
domains for that matter?  It appears that anyone with a POP account may 
also send mail through the Imail server.

Disabling SMTP AUTH seems to be a global option, not specific to domains or 
users.
