Your not alone Chuck.  This feature is something that I discussed with
Ipswitch before I purchase several licenses.  Now I'm stuck half way through
a major email switch and this is the response I got from Ipswitch.

This issue is in our testing Dept. now & has been entered into the WISHLIST
DB.....
