I cannot say I know for sure, but if the 10 TCPIP connection limit is
enforced, it would affect all the Services that IMail runs, not just the Web
Messaging Service.

>From where, do you 'know' there is a limit 'for web hosting purposes' and
are you sure that is not just for the IIS web server?? I suspect the latter.
