Ok, that makes sense... IIS limit.  I know there are people on this
list running the "workstation" version of windows and it is
apparently working well for them.

I cannot say I know for sure, but if the 10 TCPIP connection limit
is
enforced, it would affect all the Services that IMail runs, not just
the Web
Messaging Service.
