Actually, if you check, probably 90% of those 90% actually originate in the 
U.S.  The spammer is using a throwaway dialup in the U.S., connects to an 
offshore open relay, and sends his spam.  This is actually one of the spam 
tests that we developed, as mail from the U.S. to another U.S. recipient 
should normally not be relayed through another country.
