As Scott explained, at least through v6, Imail is something less than an
enraged pit bull about list deliveries.
For any serious list volumes, 10K per mailshot qualifies, or discussion
lists, using a delivery gateway such as IMGate will transform your list
operations, give you your hours back, and make your list members very happy.
About 400 (or more) simultaneous SMTP processes? :)))
