SMTPD32.EXE is the "SMTP Daemon", the service that listens on the SMTP
port.  The results of starting this program after it is already running are
unknown and could cause problems.

SMTP32.EXE is the standard SMTP process for delivering mail.  It is safe to
run this, if it is called properly.  The Knowledge Base has information on
how to call it.
