As far as I have found.....you can't clean those
files with Norton. You can kill the files entirely after
detection...but that is not a good solution. The least expensive solution
that I have found (I don't currently scan my spools due to privacy issues with
my clients) is Declude....according to them you can use their antivirus software
which works in conjunction with a standard antivirus scanner, but requires a
command line scanning util. Norton doesn't have a command line
scanner...so you would need to use a different one, like Mcaffee or
F-Prot.
