That's correct, and why those two relay options are bad, and only "Relay 
for Addresses" or "No mail relay" should be used.

Those "local" options mean that IMail will only send mail with a return 
address that is from a local domain or user.  But, lots of spammers will 
use addresses (made-up, usually) from your domains when sending their 
spam.  So the "local" options let spam through.
