No. They're a regional office of a large travel agency. They've always been
required by their tech support to use Netscape.
Everything looks good on their end.
We are their ISP, and haven't changed a thing lately.
Strange thing is that I also receive the same error here. I have Messenger
installed but never use it. I tried two of their user's accounts and
received
the same error each time.
