Although we do host virtual domains on the server, this is not one of them. It's an account under our primary domain name.
I've actually gone into one of the user's folders on the server and deleted their main.uid file, as well as a file named main.nui. A brief look at some other user accounts doesn't show this file, so I'm curious what its purpose is. I set up the account in Messenger again and downloaded the mail without any error. I would really like to find out what caused this in the first place if possible. I don't want to have to give excuses every week as to why someone's mail isn't working. dhardison ----- Original Message ----- From: Jessie Mason <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Saturday, November 17, 2001 9:50 AM Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Netscape Error Message > Is this account a virtual account on your mail server?
