Do these accounts work with other clients (ie. Outlook)? Are all accounts on their domain having this problem? Can you test Messenger with other domains on this server? Anyone else use Messenger? Any other domains having a problem?

This list hasn't been this fast in months!!!! -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of dhardison Sent: Saturday, November 17, 2001 8:14 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Netscape Error Message No. They're a regional office of a large travel agency. They've always been required by their tech support to use Netscape. Everything looks good on their end. We are their ISP, and haven't changed a thing lately. Strange thing is that I also receive the same error here. I have Messenger installed but never use it. I tried two of their user's accounts and received the same error each time. dhardison ----- Original Message ----- From: Todd Holt <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Friday, November 16, 2001 11:17 PM Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] Netscape Error Message > Is today the first time they tried using Netscape Messenger?
