There is no way to do this with Imail...even though it has been a feature request for at least 2 versions. I believe someone does have a VBScript you can run to do this, however it emails the warning and does not insert it into the text file. Therefore if the user is already over their quota, they will not get the warning and you will get a lot of bounced mail.
