If their mailbox is full how are you going to send another email to it? The server does send an error message back to the sender telling them that the users mailbox has exceeded its limit. Maybe a nice feature would be to have an email message sent out to the mailbox owner when their mailbox reaches a certain threshold. Like 10% space remaining or something like that. I don't know of any other software that will do this. I agree it would be a nice feature.
