Hi Lee,

You need to open a route up from your external IP to the the
W2K box running IIS. You could open an additional port on the 
firewall (say 8080) and map that to port 80 of the image server 
on  your private network. In KWM you will need to change the 
references from (for example) 123.123.123.123/webmail to 
123.123.123.123:8080/webmail where 123.123.123.123 is the Public 
(Internet) IP.

It is necessary to do this as the images are not "includes" but
just references to the file location. Therefore the browser will
attempt to retrieve the images from the server behind NAT, but
without success as it is on a private IP. Imail, nor NAT left 
unmodified will give access to the image server. If you do
what I mentioned above you should be okay.
