... and yet it was actually scanned by Declude on your server.  That's very 
weird.

I would recommend checking to see if you have a C:\Declude.log file -- if 
Declude is having troubles saving a log file (for example, if there is a 
permissions issue in the spool directory), it will log to 
C:\Declude.log.  If that file exists, you can send it to me.  You can also 
check the LOGFILE configuration option in Declude to see where it is trying 
to save the file.

It's hard to say what the problem might be, with both IMail and Declude's 
log files stopping.  A permissions issue wouldn't explain it, as E-mail 
couldn't be delivered if the other files IMail creates in the spool were 
having problems, too.  Any thoughts of something that may have changed at 
about the time this first started happening?  Did it start happening right 
after a reboot?
