Sorry guys (and gals) to go so OT on this, but the group here seems to be the most diverse and best to ask...
I need to get a Mac (I'm strictly Windows now) because we have lots of clients sending us graphics files and other docs developed on Mac. I can't tell the difference between a $500 and $3000 Mac. If anyone wouldn't mind sending me a short message -- off list -- I would appreciate it. Are they all the same except for disk / CPU speed / etc... or are there actual differences (like OS, etc...) on different models (as with the very early Mac's I remember from 10-15 years ago. Thanks!
