My best advice: Buy Declude (http://www.declude.com)

Don't wait, I've known about Declude for not quite a year, and just finally
ponied up the cash to buy it two weeks ago. Ever since, I've been banging
my head against the wall trying to figure out whey we didn't do it a year
ago. :-) Whether you're an ISP or just running a corporate email server,
you're doing a dis-service to your customers without it.

We bought the whole package (JunkMail, Virus, and HiJack). We've got about
4000 mail users, and in one week, we've quarantined about 1000 email
viruses, and detected about 10,000 spam messages (we are just marking the
subjects now while we continue to 'tweak' decludes rules to make sure we're
not deleting anything important).

Our phones been ringing off the hook, but now it's not with complaints that
"I got spammed", or "I got a virus", it's "Thank you for looking out for us,
we really appreciate it!". Sure does make it easier and more fun to do our
job!
