Does one run the stunnel software on the e-mail server machine itself or on another machine as a gateway? I thought I saw something on the stunnel site that stated that you could not use it on a localhost - perhaps I was wrong in my perusal. Also, do you use this software?

The problem appears to be with the code on the server. The initial SSL code in IMail wasn't fully up to par (I haven't checked it out lately, though).
