The best answer is to use SMTP AUTH. But, if that isn't possible, there
are a few options:

IMGate is designed to be easy to use, but does require an extra server
(which adds the benefit of some redundancy, though) and using Unix.

Yes. That's one of the drawbacks of having a "controlled open relay" like
with Declude Hijack (where anyone can send mail through your server, but
they just can't send a lot). If you already have our Declude JunkMail
program, there is an undocumented method that can help you get out of spam
databases (which we can assist you with, if you either use Declude Hijack
or can otherwise show that while spam probes can get through, spam won't).
