they they are still guilty.

Are they relaying their outbound through you, or sending directly from 
their Dial-Up Line, DUL?

find out what mail client + server software they are running.  are they 
running a squid or other proxy/cache?

if they are sending their outbound directly, then ask them to relay through 
you so you can log.  In fact, to protect them and you, block their acces to 
port 25 except for you SMTP server.
