That's really not that much mail, like Len said. If you want to make sure that Imail doesn't try to send it all at once (yet it's generated all at once), just dump 40,000 messages in the queue at the same time--you'll be exploiting the bright side to Imail's bulk-mail queue-depletion difficulties. Make sure you're NOT running Declude Queue in this instance (never thought I'd say that!). Set your queue timer to a wide interval, and though it will be sent at an increasing rate as the day progresses and more and more queue runs start, you won't be hitting the server with an impossible load at any time.
