I've got around 5000 users in about 60 domains but I don't run rules in the smaller domains (about half) because they just don't get that much spam. I've got about a thousand rules, my rules.ima is 53 KB and growing. I'm also running Declude with F-Prot on the box. I haven't noticed any problem with load (I've been watching). Dual PIII one ghz and a gigabyte of ram.
