SMTPD32 handles mail reception, SMTP32 handles delivery...Mark's
question pertained to Rules, which are parsed by SMTP32 as it accesses
the mailbox for the first time. This first time is *not* necessarily
right after reception, as in the case of a queue overrun (MaxQueProcs
limitation).

If you were saying that Mark meant "...when mailboxes are accessed by
POP3, IMAP, or Web Messaging," that's obviously not the case.

Doing that horse-beating thing this list does so well,

Sandy
