There shouldn't be any virus-free E-mail in there, unless [1] Your virus
scanner starts reporting errors, and [2] You have Declude Virus set to
treat errors as if a virus were present.
Depending on your situation, you may want to keep the E-mail for a few days
or so, just to be safe (in case anyone reports that a legitimate E-mail was
caught). However, it is extremely rare for a legitimate E-mail to get
caught as having a virus (although on rare occasions legitimate E-mail may
get caught if it contains a vulnerability -- but in that case, the sender
has a problem that needs to be fixed on their end).
You can tell Declude Virus to automatically delete the E-mails (with the
"DELETEVIRUSES ON" setting), but we do not recommend that, just to be safe.
