I don't mean to but in on this topic, but I have proof that they do not always release domain names per the requirements after the registration has expired. I can not reveal any details because of pending litigation. Net Sol is not 100% bad 100% of the time, so the proof you have may be the good side. But there is plenty of proof of what they do wrong.
