Paul, Looks like it originated from south western bell, Saint Louis, Missouri, USA. you could forward it to there abuse department at: [EMAIL PROTECTED] but I seriously doubt that anything will become of it. ebays email is: [EMAIL PROTECTED] as near I can tell. check out: http://www.internetfraud.usdoj.gov/ for some info and contact: http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp to file a complaint.
