FYI: 66.136.167.121 (mail.hannibalpd.com) is listed as an open mail relay at
ORDB.org. It appears that the ORDB record resulted from an open relay scan
initiated by the postmaster at 66.136.167.121 on 10/1/02. I'd say they're aware of
their problem.
