That's bogus -- most E-mail from eBay says that they never ask for billing information (see http://pages.ebay.com/help/account_protection.html ). >Anybody have any ideas of what it is? I'd contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] However, the mailserver name (mail.hannibalpd.com) is for a police department in St. Louis, MO -- so it may actually be the Hannibal Police Department's mailserver that this scam was sent from! Definitely send an E-mail to abuse@ hannibalpd.com, and chief@ hannibalpd.com.
