Don't bet on it. As Ron's WSJ article demonstrated so clearly, there are tons of spammers makeing tons of money, see nothing wrong with their UCE, and so won't play along with anything that costs $200 year, imo.If even half of the legit mailers get on this bandwagon I can see a real reduction in spam.
habeas looks good, we're looking at hooking it up to IMGate, but the problem is much bigger. However, every little bit counts, and Habeas is another little bit.
