They say the will be prosecuting on trademark and patent basis. while this
is fine in the US it is really hard to do across international lines.  So,
prosecuting someone in the states would probably work but, most of the
spammers come from outside the US and the laws are different. It's a step
and shows someone is always thinking.

Well, that may be true, but they also provide another way.

They have a separate IP list that is available.

Any one who misuses and such will be placed on the list.

You could then use that list as a kill file or like in Declude and take
action that way. (By blocking, deleting, bouncing, holding, whatever.)
