no, the exchange machine or their router dialin/connects for 20 minutes and just sits there (or sends mail to internet), during which time Imail, set to retry every 15 minutes, finds the exchange ip reachable and flushes on it.just might go this route as a last measure (telco cost is approx $175/week to nail up an analog call 24x7) :(
