Thanks, Len.

Outbound  will  occur directly from their Exchange server whereas I am
doing  anti-virus and anti-spam on inbound mail only. They setup their
server  to accept mail only from my system. There are no user accounts
residing  here,  so  that's why I am using the 'Relay for Local Hosts'
settings then simply adding their domains to accept.txt and hosts file
with their domain IPs...
