Nope. You are relaying by adding Relay for local Hosts. That setting is for
Outbound mail only.

This article explains it clearly. The last paragraph is only for if they are
going to send all their e-mail out through your server.

If you are not processing their outbound messages, you only need to add it
to the HOSTS file and nothing else!
