I have the filters, installed, I have tcp locked down in tcp/ip filtering, and yet the logs refer to ports that are turned off.
I have half of the solution, why smtp keeps coming back even if you turn it off in imail and win2k services. I am also pretty sure that the www.eeye.com thread "CRASHIMAIL" works, and has worked for 2 years... Why was this threat not addressed? FYI: turn off smtp, and test your server, see if using the thread crash imail causes webmail to crash and smtp to restart on its own.
