Below is the log. I have checked the DNS settings and they seem OK. The reverse DNS appears to be OK. But the messages being received are almost as if there is something wrong with one or the other. Is it possible the target system has not caught up with the DNS changes yet? The client was on another host previously and thus his old IP address might be lurking around somewhere.
The first "problem" is the target system reports "(may be forged)" for the IP address which is correct and should be verifiable.
The next is the "Domain of sender address ... does not resolve. This too does not seem right.
The final oddity is it reports the sending address as [EMAIL PROTECTED] which is not the address of the sender. I am wondering if the target system systematically pops this in when it is unable to confirm the sending host domain?
Any thoughts on what might be happening here?
