Be advised your Imail server has it's own http server, so there is no direct correlation between being able to access :8383 and your web site which is likely run by another http server.
http://www.mindcreative.net resolves to 66.149.9.23, so DNS appears OK
I get "connection refused" as if your HTTP server is down.
