It can be done if you forward your ports from a firewall to the internal IP.
I do this with www.nrs-corps.com. The only port open is 80, and it forwards
to my 192.168 address.

What type of firewall are you using? If it's a netwolves, I am the netwolves
pro and I can help you. Otherwise what you need to do is allow a redirect of
port 80 to the internal address. Then you need to allow the port 80 traffic
to forward to the internal address. But like I said this is with my
netwolves.

Outside world can't hit your internal IP...
