Well that's simular to ours.. but I've found that if the bl are listed in the trusted area they delete the email just after 1 match. Kind of sux because we lost mail for a day that should of normally made it through. What I did to circumvent the issue was to add the email ip addresses, that we know are legit, to the trusted ip's area. Also worth mentioning is I had to add our non-routable ip address, of servers that auth via our backbone, into the trusted area too. The bl kept captureing the private ip's and dump'n the email. I've pretty much cut it back to just using the blacklist feature with the ole kill.lst, rules.ima, & smptd32.acc file functionalities.
IMHO we should of just went with the IMGate setup to lessen the load on the IMail server. Our server is not 'shoe boxed' ethier. It's a 30,000 dollar dell with quad xeon's, 4 gig ram, raid 1/0-5, etc. and it's a screamer.
