Your mail server is already listed on ORBS as an open relay, which means that you cannot send to mail server using that DNSBL. There are two options, both included turning off open relay immediately! 1) Have your customers use the outgoing server of the providers they get their internet access from. This takes a little control out of your hands, but also takes some load off your server. 2) Have your customer use outgoing authentication, I am sure there is plenty of info on this in the KB. Below are links to DNSBL's that you are currently listed on, as soon as you close relay you will need to contact these organizations to get removed! http://www.blars.org/errors/block.html
