Wong, Do most or all of your customers connect to you (i.e. use your IP's)? If so, you can select "Relay mail for" and enter your IP's. Then, only customers that aren't using those "trusted" IP's will have to check "my outgoing mail server requires me to authenticate" or similar in their POP3 clients.
