Ben, In a word, yes. This is a known issue in versions prior to 7.1. This doesn't mean there was a problem with the POP3 session, though. The user's mail downloaded just fine. The bug is just that the variables (userID, messages read, messages deleted, etc) don't get passed to the logging service. If that's something you need to fix, an upgrade would be necessary.
